AT&T business customer service is still horrible. I called our so-called service rep and the number is disconnected. Cool huh?

Verizon SMS fees to triple? That makes sense.
I don’t understand how Verizon wireless can just triple the fees for SMS. Did it just get more expensive to run their own networks? Another example of their arrogance and why I wish some other provider would step up to the plate and bring their networks up to the same level as Verizon’s. I know they have the best coverage but how far is too far?
If you were to take this to its extreme, this would mean that 1 MB of data would cost about $1500. Your normal unlimited data plan costs about $60 bucks on the high side.
This could really kill SMS alerting services like Twitter and other companies who don’t have piles of cash to pay 3 times more per text messages. This again means that Verizon customers could be left out in the cold because certain alerts will no longer be sent because of this fee increase.
Good job once again Verizon.
